Conditions for Admission:

The Candidate applying for class I should have completed 5 years 5 months old and should be less than 7 years old by May 31 of the year in which the admission is sought.

And admission from class 2 nd to 10th standard is done through TC from previous school

1. Speech & hearing Doctor certificate (AIISH) OR

2. Disability Identity Card                                    OR

3. Candidate Graph Sheet                                   OR

4. UDID Card

5. Birth Certificate

6. Aadhaar card of student , parents

7. Income Certificate

8. Caste Certificate

9. Ration Card

10. Bank Details Of the Candidate

11. Recent passport size photos of the candidate

12. Hearing Aid ( not mandatory)

• Check the documents to be attached along with the application form. Candidate has to fill the correspondence address or contact of the candidate .If the Hearing
  Impaired degree of the candidate is above the target fixed by the disabled department
• The Admission Form should be signed by the candidate parents / guardian
• After The admission Application form filled or admission process is completed. Documents are finalized and duly signed and authorized by the Headmaster”
• The Candidate Gets the state education department ID number
